Refund policy


a. If the customer has already received the order
: In the event of a withdrawal, LANCASTER will reimburse the customer for all payments received for the order, including delivery costs, for any unopened products offered by LANCASTER and at no extra cost, no later than 8 days after the customer's request. However, LANCASTER reserves the right to defer the refund until it has received the returned products, at the customer's expense. The refund will be made by crediting the customer's bank account corresponding to the credit card used to pay for the order or by crediting the PAYPAL account if the order was paid via PAYPAL.

b. If the order has not yet been shipped
: In the event of the customer's withdrawal, LANCASTER will reimburse all payments received for the order on unopened items without undue delay and in any event no later than 8 days after the customer's request. In case of partial return of the ordered products or error on the delivery address by the customer, the initial delivery costs will not be refunded.

c. The case of promotional offers
: The customer can be led to benefit on the Site of a conditional promotional offer, or of the free delivery, allowing him to obtain a reduction. In case of return by the customer of only a part of the articles having allowed him to benefit from this promotional offer, the customer will be refunded of a sum equal to the price of the returned product from which will be deducted the reduction initially applied and to which the customer will not be able to claim any more.
In the same way, the customer can be led to benefit from a gift for the purchase of one or several products. In case of return by the customer of this product or a part of these products, the customer will also have to return the gift from which he benefited.
