Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

We process orders from Monday to Friday. All orders received before noon (12 noon) will be prepared and shipped the same day. After this deadline, they will be prepared and shipped the next day.

The delivery time then depends on the shipping method chosen. Lancaster also informs its customers that these deadlines do not apply on weekends and public holidays.

In the event of special promotions (clearance sales, private sales, Christmas period), the delivery time may be extended by a further 48 to 72 hours.

FRANCE (METROPOLITAN)

  • Colissimo Domicile with signature - 2 to 3 working days, 8€ for all orders under 59€
  • Colissimo collection point - 2 to 3 working days, 8€ for all orders under 59€
  • DHL Express - 1 to 2 working days, 15€ for any order

UNION INTERNATIONAL
European Union

  • Colissimo Domicile with signature EU - 3 to 4 working days, 10€ for all orders under 99€
  • DHL Express Worldwide EU - 1 to 2 working days, 15€ for any order

RETURNS
RETURN CONDITIONS

You may exercise your right of withdrawal (refund) within fourteen days from the date of delivery of the Products.

This right of withdrawal can be exercised provided that the returned products meet all the following criteria:
  • have not been damaged
  • have not been worn
  • they are returned in their original packaging
  • they are complete and in the same condition as when they were delivered
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense

Returns can be made up to 14 days from the date of delivery


RETURN PROCEDURE

If the item(s) ordered do not meet your expectations, you can:
  1. Click on Make a request for return below or click on the link at the bottom of the page: Contact us > Make a return
  2. You will have to fill in the information relating to the requested return

Refund on the payment method used for your purchase:
  1. Once you have filled in this information, you will be able to generate the Chronopost return label and print it. Please note that return postage costs of €8 will be deducted from your refund if you are returning from France and €10 from Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal.
  2. All you have to do is go to your post office or a Chronopost drop-off point

Refund by voucher:
  1. Once you have filled in this information, you will receive a voucher to be used on our website. Please note that in this case, no costs are deducted from the voucher refund.
  2. All you have to do is use it by placing a new order

This returns procedure only applies to returns from France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal.

Returns from other countries must be requested by email to contact@lancaster.com, quoting the order number. The return procedure will then be sent, the parcel must be stamped by the customer and the costs will be at the customer's expense.


REFUND AFTER A RETURN

In the event of a full return of the order, LANCASTER will refund the order in full.

In the event of a partial return of the order, the original delivery costs will not be refunded.

Processing time for returns: 3 to 4 working days.

The order will be refunded as soon as the package has been received, processed and released by LANCASTER.

Deadline for refund: 5 to 7 working days.

The refund will be made via the means of payment used for the order.
