Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Your order will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery lead-times depend on the selected delivery method (usually 5 days maximum for mainland France). The delivery can be extended by 48 hours due to the current health situation (covid-19) and during special operations.
Deliveries to mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Great Britain, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, Switzerland, Greece, Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia.

Lead times apply for carrier pick-up from Monday to Friday and delivery from Monday to Friday except bank holidays:

Colissimo (Belgium, Luxembourg, Great Britain, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, Switzerland):

 

The parcel will be delivered in exchange for your signature and proof of identity.
The average delivery lead-time is 3 to 4 working days after your order has been dispatched, as soon as the carrier takes on your order. Delays may be extended due to the current health situation (covid-19).
Price: 8 euros for all orders under 99 euros. Free for all orders over 99 euros, except delivery in Finland, which costs 15 euros for all orders.
Note: customer duties can be applied at the reception of the order for delivery in Great Britain, Switzerland and in Maghreb countries. These fees will be borne by the buyer.

DHL (Belgium, Luxembourg, Great Britain, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, Switzerland, Greece, Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia):

 

The parcel will be delivered in exchange for your signature and proof of identity.
The average delivery lead-time is 1 to 3 working days after your order has been dispatched, as soon as the carrier takes on your order. This delay depends of the country of expedition and may be extended due to the current health situation (covid-19).
Price: depends on the country of expedition, around 15 euros.
Note: customer duties can be applied for delivery in Great Britain, Switzerland and in the Maghreb countries. These fees will be borne by the buyer.

 RETURNS

You have fourteen days from the receipt of your items to exercise your right to withdraw (refund or exchange). This right to withdraw may only be exercised if the returned goods have not been damaged or worn and if they are returned in their original packaging, complete and in the same condition as when they were delivered. Return fees are borne by the client. If the item (s) ordered do not suits you, you can request a return via your customer account under "My orders"> Select your order> Click on "return" at the top right, then fill in the informations relating to the requested return. Once your return request has been submitted, it will be analyzed and validated by our teams as soon as possible. You can then return your package.
